Kejriwal blames Sheila Dikshit for power tariff hike

Social activist turned politician and convenor of Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal who has kicked off his indefinite hunger strike from Saturday to voice his protest against hike in power and water bills in national capital held Sheila Dikshit responsible for the increase in electricity and water tariffs.
