Petrol pumps down shutters, upset commuters

Petrol filling stations in New Delhi went on a strike to protest the hike in Value Added Tax on diesel that has made the fuel costlier in Delhi as compared to the neighbouring states. Commuters faced the brunt as they found it difficult to commute due to unavailability of fuel.
