Phailin may be a 'super cyclone': Andhra minister

As Cyclone Phailin, which is classified as very severe by the weather department, is expected to hit coastal Odisha and Andhra Pradesh tomorrow, Andhra Pradesh revenue minister N Raghuveera Reddy said that Military, Navy and NDRF are back in action and it is likely to be a super cyclone.
