PM sets strategy to recharge India's water

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today inaugurating the International Water Week in the capital noting that inadequate and sub-optimal pricing of power and water are leading to misuse of groundwater. He stressed on the need to participatory mechanisms of pricing of water by the primary stakeholders themselves.
