Rahul launches appraisal system for state Cong leaders

A state Congress president has to fill up a self-appraisal form to enable the party leadership to measure his performance. Introduced by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the new corporate style self-evaluation and assessment of one's worthiness and capabilities will decide whether a Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief continues in office or needs to be replaced.
