Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case of kidnapping and wrongful confinement under section 365 of Indian Penal code. The case is related to yoga guru Baba Ramdev whose guru Swami Shankar Dev went missing six years ago while taking a morning walk in Haridwar.
