Supreme Court upholds Gay sex verdict

The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the Delhi High Court's order legalising gay sex. The ruling has given the Centre eight weeks for a definite stand on Sec 377. The apex court was hearing a plea filed by astrologer Suresh Kumar Kaushal against the Delhi High Court's verdict.
