Vietnam President arrives in India, aims to strengthen bilateral ties

The president of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang was given a ceremonial reception on his arrival in New Delhi on Wednesday. During the event, Sang and his wife Mai Thi Hanh met President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
