VVIP treatment to Jagir Kaur’not justified says Gulchain Charak

Punjab Congress affairs in-charge, Gulchain Singh Charak, today criticized the special treatment being provided to tainted minister, Bibi Jagir Kaur, in prison, where she is serving a five-year sentence.
