Watch: Mirwaiz Umar Farooq reacts to Pakistan's invitation for talks ahead of NSA meet
Chairman of separatist alliance All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday said that the Hurriyat leaders want to strengthen the dialogue process between India and Pakistan. He added that both nations should establish a peaceful dialogue and all stakeholders must be taken along in the dialogue process. Pakistan has invited separatist Hurriyat Conference leaders from disputed Kashmir region for a meeting ahead of National Security Advisor (NSA)-level talks with India. This in a way is a move that risks further straining efforts to restart a peace dialogue between the nuclear-armed nations. The NSA-level talk is to be held on August 23-24 in New Delhi.
