Watch: UP CM Akhilesh Yadav refuses to talk about journalist killing

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday refused to answer questions on the social media journalist's murder case and said that a wedding ceremony is not the right occasion to talk about such issues. However, he later added that injustice will not happen with anyone under the Samajwadi regime. Shahjahanpur-based journalist Jagendra Singh was burnt to death, allegedly by a gang of goons and policemen earlier in June. The Uttar Pradesh Government has suspended five policemen for their alleged role in the killing. However, no arrests have been made so far. The family is now demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter.
