Jaishankar Blasts U.S., China For 'Ignoring' Global South; 'India Acutely Conscious...' | B20 Summit

At the B20 summit, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar targeted China and the West for ignoring the concerns of developing countries which are part of the global south. Citing shocks like the Covid-19 pandemic which disrupted the global supply chain, leaving the developing countries at the mercy of few dominant suppliers, the Indian Foreign Minister pitched for re-globalisation that is more diverse and democratic.
