Russia has said that it has arrested a suspected “financier” of the Moscow terror attack in which around 140 people were killed last week. The Kremlin claimed that it now has “verifiable information” about Ukraine’s link to the Moscow attack. Russia’s Investigative Committee said that the perpetrators received large amounts from Kyiv including payment in cryptocurrency.
