The Bulgarian President blocked the supply of armoured vehicles to Ukraine. Rumen Radev defended his decision, saying that Bulgarian citizens are his top priority. Earlier, lawmakers approved a deal between the Bulgarian Interior Ministry and Ukraine to provide armoured transport equipment free of charge. The move by the Bulgarian president amid the raging conflict has been welcomed by Russia.
