An appalling incident was reported in the business class of a New York-Delhi Air India flight. A drunk man urinated on a female co-passenger and left without facing any action. The incident came to light after the woman passenger sent a letter to N Chandrasekaran, the Chairman of Tata Group, which owns Air India. The elderly woman alleged in her letter that she had alarmed the cabin crew, but they failed to apprehend the unruly passenger. Weeks after the shocking incident, Air India has now recommended that the unruly flyer be placed on the no-fly list. Air India has also lodged a police complaint regarding the incident. The DGCA has sought a report from the airline and has promised to take action against those found to be negligent. Watch this report for more.
