'Don't promise, then fly away': Fisherman to Rahul Gandhi at Goa rally

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was questioned by a fisherman in Goa about his party’s promises. A fisherman in Goa said he will support Congress if the party works for the fisherfolk community.
