India's Air Chief Marshal, V. R. Chaudhari, has flagged the threat from "volatile and uncertain neighbours". Without naming China or Pakistan, the IAF chief emphasised the importance of addressing "critical deficiencies" on a priority basis and forging partnerships with like-minded nations to combat the threats.
