The Indian government issued its first advisory for Indian citizens in Myanmar as fighting between the military dictatorship and anti-junta forces intensifies. The Modi administration advised Indian citizens to not visit Rakhine state, and if already there, to leave immediately. The advisory came days after the third anniversary of the military coup.
