As pollution season nears in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged the Centre to ask neighbouring states to distribute Pusa bio-decomposer for free among farmers. An audit by a central agency, WAPCOS, found the use of Pusa bio-decomposer, a microbial solution for stubble management, highly effective.
