The Indian Army's inquiry team set up to investigate the Nagaland civilian killings visited ground zero on Wednesday. The inquiry team inspected the site where 13 civilians were killed by 21 para military force in a botched operation on Dec 4. As per the Indian Army, the inquiry is progressing expeditiously and will be concluded at the earliest. The Army has reportedly agreed to give access to Nagaland govt's SIT to examine and record statements of the paratroopers. Watch full video.
