Rajasthan's Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Singh Dhariwal has kicked up a massive storm with his shameful remarks on rape. While speaking in Rajasthan's Assembly, Dhariwal said that Rajasthan is a state of men, hence it is at number one in rape cases. His remark on rape has triggered a massive outrage with BJP calling his remark an insult to women. NCW too has taken Suo moto cognizance and slammed Dhariwal.
