Parliament breach accused have alleged that the Delhi Police Special Cell tortured them to take names of political parties during interrogation. All accused except Neelam Azad filed an application in the Delhi Patiala House Court where they alleged coercion by the Delhi Police Special Cell. Congress dismissed claims made by party’s West Bengal chief that Rahul Gandhi’s car was pelted with stones in the state during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. The party said that the car’s rear windshield was shattered after the driver had to apply sudden brakes.
