In a major blow to common people, petrol price crossed the ₹100 per litre-mark in Mumbai with state-run retailers hiking fuel prices for the 15th time in less than a month. Since May 4, petrol has become costlier by ₹3.54/l, while diesel has become dearer by ₹4.16/l.
