PM Narendra Modi's solar alliance in aviation vision takes shape. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the International Solar Alliance (ISA). The MOU has been signed to reduce CO2 emissions in the international aviation sector. India's Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia attended an event in Canada's Montreal.
