In what is described as a snub to Pakistan, Saudi Army chief Lt General Fahd Bin Abdullah Mohammad Al-Mutair was on a 3-day trip to India during which he held details talks with his Indian counterpart General MM Naravane. The talks focused on defence cooperation and counter terrorism cooperation among other issues. The Saudi military chief however did not visit Pakistan to meet country's political or military leadership and returned directly to Saudi Arabia.
