Tensions have spiked once again in Kashmir Valley as militants lobbed a grenade at security forces while protests erupted in Srinagar against recent encounter killings. Four people including two CRPF men were injured when militants hurled a grenade at Palhallan on Srinagar-Baramulla National Highway on Wednesday. In Srinagar, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti staged a protest against the killing of two civilians during a counter-insurgency operation on Monday evening. Mehbooba demanded return of the bodies of the slain civilians, one of whom police say was an over ground worker of militants. Watch this report for more.
