Congress leader Shaktisinh Gohil mocked the Finance Minister in the Rajya Sabha and said that he does not blame her for the shortcomings in the Budget. The Congress MP alleged that the minister is not even free to choose her own Personal Secretary. He added that the Finance Minister is a student of Jawaharlal Nehru University, the same institute that the BJP calls a hub of anti-nationals. Gohil also attacked the government for adding cess and alleged that this was done to ensure that the money does not have to be paid to states.
