'Where were those...': PM Modi's stern words for rich nations on climate change

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stressed on the need to counter climate change in his speech at the United Nations General Assembly. He said that if the world doesn't act fast, it would have to answer to the coming generations why those who had the duty to lead the world were missing in action.
