France has offered Sweden its MdCN naval cruise missile as part of a $5.1 billion frigate package, potentially giving Stockholm a 1,400-kilometre deep-strike capability. Sweden has also tested Taurus missiles from Gripen fighters, strengthening its long-range strike capabilities.
