Shreyasi Singh shot her way to a career-best en route the gold medal in the women's double trap as Indian shooters extended their domination in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast on Wednesday. Shreyasi aggregated 96 in the finals, same as Emma Cox, but prevailed over the Australian in a shoot-off by striking down both birds while the opponent missed the target in her second attempt. The India revealed later that her mission in Gold Coast is to win gold in both her events (trap and double trap) and 50 percent job is done now.
