IAAF World Athletics Championships: Isaac Makwala, Phyllis Francis shine on Day 6

Isaac Makwala of Botswana qualified for the 200m semi-finals after a solo run, and proceeded to do push-ups to celebrate. He later made the final, finishing second as Isaiah Young took first spot. In the womens's 400m final, Phyllis Francis seized gold after Shauae Miller-Uibo, who was leading for most of the race, pulled up with cramps towards the final stretch.
