Putin, NATO cross swords; After Estonia, Russia boots Latvian envoy over Ukraine 'provocation'

Russia has kicked out a second NATO nation Ambassador from Moscow. Latvia’s ambassador to Moscow, Maris Riekstins, has been ordered by Russia's foreign ministry to leave the country within two weeks. On January 23, Vladimir Putin's administration asked Estonia's envoy to leave Moscow. Russia’s decision came against the backdrop of Estonia’s Howitzer pledge to Ukraine.
