Russian drones strike Kyiv after Zelensky’s 1,000-drone, flamingo missile blitz

Russia has vowed to intensify strikes on Kyiv after Ukraine launched a massive drone assault on Moscow and surrounding regions. Russian authorities said more than 1,600 Ukrainian drones were intercepted, including about 450 headed toward Moscow, while a major oil refinery was damaged and casualties were reported. The escalation was followed by fresh Russian drone attacks across Kyiv Oblast, where warehouses, businesses and vehicles were damaged and one person was injured.
