NATO nation Poland scrambled fighter jets after Russia attacked Western Ukraine's Lviv, close to its border, on September 3. In a statement, the Polish Armed Forces said that they are constantly monitoring the situation in the territory of Ukraine and remains in constant readiness to ensure the security of Polish airspace.
