Pranab gives Khel Ratna to Vijay and Yogeshwar

President Pranab Mukherjee, conferred the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna-the country's top sports award to medal-winning Olympic shooter Vijay Kumar and wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt respectively in New Delhi.
