He also said that he would ensure that 'all votes' are counted, alluding to incumbent President Donald Trump's claim that Biden and his team were involved in electoral fraud and counting of some mail-in ballots should be stopped. Biden also spoke about his widening lead in swing states like Georgia and Pennsylvania.
