A country with almost no army just declared it will strike deep into Russia? What could go wrong?

Estonia is reorganising its forces, increasing defence spending and expanding long-range strike capabilities, including U.S. HIMARS and South Korean Chunmoo systems. Tallinn says the changes are aimed at strengthening deterrence, while Estonian officials do not expect a full-scale war with Russia in the immediate future.
