The head of Russia’s Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, has threatened to "deal with" Quran-burning western nations. Ramzan Kadyrov said that the West is bringing the situation to a point of no return. Kadyrov warned that once they finish the Ukraine mission, they will go to countries desecrating the Quran.
