Joe Biden is poking Vladimir Putin by indirectly dragging Israel in Russia-Ukraine war. As U.S. scrambles to send more and more artillery shells to Ukraine, it has now tapped into its stockpiles in Israel. The New York Times reported that U.S. is shipping thousands of artillery shells stored in Israel to Ukraine.
