U.S. President Joe Biden threatens Chinese President Xi Jinping from his backyard. After arriving in Vietnam, the U.S. President issued a big warning to China. Biden said that the United States is a Pacific nation, and that is not going anywhere. Biden said that he is sincere about getting the relationship with China right. He added, however, that that does not mean that the United States will enhance Beijing's capacity to make more nuclear weapons.
