Insurance costs for ships with links to USA, UK, or Israel transiting via the Red Sea are skyrocketing, as per news agency Reuters. The report said that America, Britain, or Israeli-linked vessels are having to pay a war risk premium higher by 25-50% as compared to other countries' ships.
