India and Russia continue to strengthen ties and expand cooperation. Russian oil exports to India have skyrocketed to 37 million tons till May this year. According to data, Russia's export values to India grew nearly 11 times compared to last year. In 2022, India imported 33.4 million tons of crude oil from Russia.
