Pak forces go 'rogue' in Karachi; Motorcyclist hit by vehicle thrashed and arrested

Pakistan rangers caught on cam beating up a youth in broad daylight in Karachi. CCTV footage of the incident shows a vehicle of Sindh rangers speeding when a silver-coloured vehicle takes a U-turn and the driver of the rangers’ takes a left and hits a motorcyclist, who falls down on the road. Instead of checking on the youth, Pak rangers approached him & started beating him up.
