Russia has now warned Kosovo after tensions escalated with Serbia this weekend. Russian foreign ministry spokesperson was quoted by RT News as saying, "Kosovo PM Albin Kurti is seeking to distract from a failed domestic policy by playing with fire, spinning up Serbophobic hysteria and escalating tensions closely approaching an armed conflict.” Serbia had sought NATO approval to send troops to Kosovo after clashes on Saturday.
