Over one-third of Pakistan is reeling under historic floods and over 1,200 people have died due to the catastrophe. While Pakistan pleads for aid from the world, back home, banned Jihadist groups and terror organisations are surfacing. As per a report, Lashkar terrorists including kin of Hafiz Saeed are recruiting Pakistanis for terror activities and collecting funds under the garb of flood aid.
