Ukrainian forces have allegedly targeted many temporary shelters for residents who were evacuated following the rupture of the Kakhovka dam, leading to one casualty, Kherson region's acting governor claimed. The Kherson governor claimed that the Ukraine forces used British-supplied shadow missiles for the attack. On Tuesday, the Russian-controlled Kakhovka dam in the Kherson Region was demolished.
