Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said Moscow had information about Kyiv's plans to strike areas that are not part of the "active zone of hostilities." Shoigu alleged Kyiv planned to strike Russian regions and Crimea with HIMARS and Storm Shadow Missiles. He warned Ukraine of dire consequences if such a plan is carried out.
