The U.S. has openly dared Russia's Vladimir Putin after the Balck Sea encounter. Washington has vowed to continue drone missions over the Black Sea. A Pentagon spokesperson said that the U.S. is permitted by international law to ensure freedom of navigation and manoeuvre over the Black Sea.
