Russia launched a fresh missile strike on Ukraine as the U.S. and Germany made plans to send modern battle tanks to Kyiv in its fight against Moscow. Ukrainian air defences claim to have shot down 15 missiles aimed at Kyiv, while some missile impact was also felt in the Vinnytsia region. One person was reportedly killed in Kyiv amid Vladimir Putin's missile blitz. This comes within 24 hours of Russia attacking Ukraine with Iran-made Shahed drones.
