Russia's First Comment Amid Zelensky's Ceasefire Offer: Putin Angry Over Ukraine's Moscow Attack

Russian Foreign Ministry has come down heavily on Kyiv, after Ukraine launched a massive drone attack on Moscow, on the same day, it was holding ceasefire talks with U.S. in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Ukraine has agreed to a U.S.-proposed 30-day ceasefire with Russia, contingent on Moscow's acceptance. The U.S. also announced the resumption of military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
